On Thursday, February 22, 2024, Metro’s Board of Directors will consider approval of the LA Aerial Rapid Transit project (aka Gondola to Dodger Stadium) and certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR). The gondola is listed as items 12 and 12.1 on the agenda. 12.1 is a list of conditions introduced for this meeting that would be conditions of approval of the gondola project in the form of a “Community Benefits Agreement.” To see the list of conditions, view the board agenda at here

Public Comment

Before the board votes on project, the public will have a chance to provide public comment. During the meeting, public comment can be made in person or via telephone.

Final EIR

Metro released the Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed LA ART Gondola Project on December 4, 2023, compiling and responding to all comments received during the Draft EIR public review period.

The Final EIR is available here and is also available in hard copy at the Central Library, Chinatown Branch Library, Cypress Park Branch Library, and Metro Headquarters, Dorothy Peyton Grey Library.
