East Wind Foundation for Youth is presenting a free educational workshop on Friday, March 15th from 4-5pm at the Chinatown Branch Library! This workshop is a free informative session for youth in honor of Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. This event is part of a series of workshops made possible by a neighborhood purpose grant from the Historic Cultural North Neighborhood Council.
