The Historic Cultural North Neighborhood Council (representing Chinatown, Victor Heights, Solano Canyon, and El Pueblo neighborhoods) will be holding its Schools and Libraries Committee meeting this upcoming Monday, February 1, 2021 from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm via zoom. We will be discussing the Education Town Hall Meeting and future committee projects. There will be a Special Presentation from Guest Speaker, Arlene Bell, M.A./J.D., Education Attorney. The presentation is entitled “Five Tips for Families Coping with the Pandemic and School-Aged Children.” The public will have an opportunity to ask questions.
