Project Description: The proposed project involves a Conditional Use to allow the sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption in conjunction with a two-story, 6,938 square-foot restaurant with 239 seats for patrons, including 59 seats on the first floor, 108 seats on the second floor, 56 outdoor seats within a 916 square-foot courtyard patio, and 16 seats within a 466 square-foot sidewalk patio area. Proposed hours of operation for the restaurant are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., daily. The restaurant will not feature any patron dancing or live entertainment.

Update

On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, a City Planning hearing was held to consider this conditional use permit. After hearing public comments, the Zoning Administrator decided to hold the item open for consideration until Friday, July 26, 2024 in order to allow more time for the applicant to outreach to the neighborhood council and for the neighborhood council to weigh in. HCNNC will discuss this CUB application at its regular board meeting on July 22, 2024.
