New High Village / Lot 45 Event – Sunday, January 25, 2026

Free public event for the New High Village development project on Lot 45 – an LA County owned parking lot in Chinatown! The project, which is in the design/planning phase, will offer 304 affordable apartments for lower-income individuals, families, and seniors, with a senior tower containing 156 homes ranging from studios to 2-bedrooms, and a family building providing 148 homes across one-, two-, three-bedrooms. LA County Supervisor Hilda L. Solis, LA County’s Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), and Linc Housing cordially invite you to learn about the redevelopment of Lot 45 at this event.
